Pet-friendly Policy: We do allow well mannered, house broken pets. We only ask that you follow our simple rules.
1-You bring your pet with you when nobody stays at home.
2- You do not leave your pet unattended outdoors.
3- Dogs enjoy water, so please do not let them inside until they are completely dry.
4- Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds (especially the shedding kind).
5- Do to the extra time involved in cleaning because we allow pets, we can add a charge of $50 to $100, depending of the size and the number of pets (up to 2 dogs), the behavior, the length of stay and the state in which the places will be left.
Guests are responsible for any charges that might arise from said damage.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people generally book our condos well in advance, we require a minimun of 30 days notice in order to give a full refund of your deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee. If you must cancel your reservation with less than 30 days notice of your arrival date, and we are able to re-rent your condo in full, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less the $75 service charge; cancellations 7 days or less will be responsible for full amount of stay. All Holidays will be charged in full.
